Authentic Stories from Diners
We got one of the house specialties with cuttlefish, shrimps and clams with rice, all cooked in a casserole. The celery that was the main herb that this food has been cooked with, ruined completely the taste of the shellfish and the rice. That was a disappointment. The dishes are reasonably priced. The atmosphere was ok. I believe during summer it is much nicer.
We wer here for two times in a row and were surprised in good way. The ratio for price vs. value is wonderful. We tried some dishes for the first time like octopus and it was so tasteful that you can lick your fingers.
I am always a seafood skeptic, but this was an outstanding assortment of grilled, boiled, and steamed shellfish. Everything from the rock lobster to the Tiger prawns to the crab were premium quality. You can really tell the difference between seafood that is truly top tier, and seafood that has been processed and shipped from who knows where. Every bite was full of flavor, tender, and had no essence of being old or “yesterday’s catch. A truly memorable seafood dining experience that left me impressed with a restaurant that clearly prioritizes quality.
Service was really great, we were so happy with the young girl who served our table. She made it very pleasant for us! Their dessert was great too, especially this coffee cake, not very heavy and very strong flavour, loved it. All of us were happy with what we had chosen :)
The clams were amazing. I have never tasted anything so delicious. This is a top 1 place to go door dinner.
