Authentic Stories from Diners
The 5 reviews shown below read more negatively than the overall score. These are the reviews Google surfaces as most relevant, not a representative sample — the 4.2 above reflects all 81 of them.
I do not rate many places but this place shocks me with how high it’s rated. The main older guy (is mentioned on other reviews) who “greeted” us immediately made us feel unwelcome. Once he heard my Portuguese Grandmother speak he reluctantly allowed us to sit even though the place was basically empty. We were willing to shrug off his attitude (which continued). Then we ordered a couple of Portuguese classics, Prego’s & Bifana’s (Steak & Pork rolls). Not only was one of the pork rolls raw! There was also no sauce, onions or anything. Just plain, boiled meat (should be grilled/fried) on bread. It was disgusting. What a horrific place! There are WAY better places in Sitio than here!
Ordered the Seafood Rice, and it was so gritty that it wasn't edible.
Coffee was great and 2€ for double exp. Clean and well kept int, with friendly personnel and not too crowded! Did not have time to try the food.
The place was nice and cozy. Small but yet comfortable since the tables were not onto each other. The service was amazing, apart from the cashier which when we paid he made us feel like we had offended him in some way.
HIGHLY RECCOMMEND ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Place has a good vibe and great service. We had feijoada de camarao and arroz com mariscos. Dona Alia and Seu Antonio are amazing and kind. Dona Adalia has some magic cooking skills.
