Something not right. Owner in bad mood keeps forgetting order then has to send staff to shop to buy ingredients. Food comes slow with a hair in the plate then incorrectly charges the price. But locals seems to go there so some atmosphere Hopefully was a one off bad experience

I wish I could give more than 5 stars... Great coffee, great atmosphere! Cafe sub 5 is a small coffee shop where you can order a coffee and have one of the best sandwiches (my favorite is the tuna!). But more than that is the proprietor/owner who is just an amazing person (most days ;) ). Cafe Sub 5 is a great example of why Portugal is such an amazing country. A hidden gem.
The owner speaks five languages very well. A small cafe but good coffee, tea, soft drinks and beer ext. Snacks and toasted sandwiches and very fair prices.
